Non utilizzate mai l’alimentatore con altri apparecchi o per impieghi diversi da quello previsto da questo manuale e non utilizzate mai Aliseo Plus con altri alimentatori. • Non utilizzate mai adattatori per tensioni di alimentazione diverse da quella riportata sull’alimentatore (dati targa).
  • Page 4 2. Inserite il medicinale nell’apposito contenitore a vaschetta; se il medicinale è di 2 mI., si consiglia di diluirlo con soluzione fisiologica almeno fino a 4 ml (fig. 2) 3. Rimettete la maschera respiratoria (fig. 3), accertateVi che la manopola di regolazione sia sulla posizione desiderata; (-) per curare le basse vie respiratorie, (+) per curare le alte vie respiratorie.
  • Page 5 PULIZIA TRASDUTTORE 1. Togliete la maschera respiratoria ed eventuale nasale o boccaglio. 2. Inserite un cucchiaino (4 ml) d’acqua demineralizzata o potabile nella zona del trasduttore. 3. Reinserite la maschera sul nebulizzatore. 4. Con l’apposito tappino (che verrà utilizzato solo ed esclusivamente per queste operazioni di pulizia) chiudete il foro di nebulizzazione posto all’interno della maschera (come indicato in figura).
  • Page 6 SANIFICAZIONE Prima e dopo ogni utilizzo, sanificate gli accessori scegliendo uno dei metodi come di se- guito descritto. (metodo A): Gli accessori sanificabili con il metodo A sono (A4-A6-B-C-D-E) Sanificate gli accessori sotto acqua calda (circa 40°C) potabile con detergente delicato per piatti (non abrasivo) o in lavastoviglie con ciclo a caldo (metodo B): Gli accessori sanificabili con il metodo B sono (A4-A6-B-C-D-E) Sanificate gli accessori mediante immersione in una soluzione con il 50% di acqua ed il 50% di aceto bianco. Infine risciacquate abbondantemente con acqua calda (circa 40°C)

    SMALTIMENTO DELL’APPARECCHIO In conformità alla Direttiva 2002/96/CE, il simbolo riportato sull’apparecchiatura indica che l’apparecchio da smaltire, è considerato come rifiuto, e deve essere quindi oggetto di “raccolta separata”.   • Page 12 and persons with special needs; usually, such persons are not capable of assessing the hazard correctly. • The average service life of the device is about 600 hours. • Children and disabled persons should always use the unit under strict supervision of an adult who has read this manual. • Several parts of the device are small enough to be swallowed by children; therefore keep the device out of reach of children. • The unit should not be used in the presence of anaesthetic mixture inflammable with air, oxygen or nitrous oxide. • The casing of the device and the power supply unit are not protected against liquid penetration. Do not wash the device under running water or submerge in water. • Do not expose the device to high temperatures. • Do not put the device and power adaptor near heat sources, direct sunlight, or in hot environments. • Do not place any objects inside the air slots. • The power unit provided has been specifically designed for use with the Aliseo Plus unit. Never use the power unit with other appliances or for uses other than those indicated in this manual and never use Aliseo Plus with other power units.
  • Page 13 2. Pour the medication into its container; if the medication volume is 2 ml, dilution of the medication with saline solution is recommended to obtain a volume of at least 4 ml. (fig. 2) 3. Put the respiratory mask back in place (fig. 3). Make certain that the adjustment knob is in the desired position; (-) for treatment of the lower airways, (+) for treatment of the upper airways.

  • Page 14: Cleaning The Transducer

    CLEANING THE TRANSDUCER 1. Remove the mask and, if necessary, the nasal prong or the mouthpiece. 2. Pour a spoon (4 ml) of demineralised or drinking water in the transducer area. 3. Put the respiratory mask back in place. 4. Use the supplied cap to close the nebulisation hole located inside the mask (as shown in the picture). The cap should be used only for cleaning purposes. 5. Insert again the power cord and operate the unit for 1-2 minutes.
  • Page 15 SANITIZATION Before and after each use, sanitize the accessories choosing one of the methods described below (Method A): The accessories that can be sanitized with the method A are (A4-A6-B- C-D-E) Sanitize the accessories in warm (approximately 40° C) drinking water with mild dishwashing liquid (non abrasive) or in the dishwasher with hot cycle (Method B): The accessories that can be sanitized with the method B are (A4-A6-B- C-D-E)

  • Page 19 DEVICE DISPOSAL In conformity with Directive 2002/96/EC, the symbol shown on the appliance to be disposed of indicates that this is considered as waste and must therefore undergo “sorted waste collection”.
