3.19 Speaker & MIDI IC
LG-W3000 don't use buzzer. Instead use loud speaker and Melody IC which support handsfree
function and various melody sound.
• Melody IC control
5 GPIO is assigned to control melody IC. Melody data is transferred to melody IC and played by
loud phone.
• External 3.3V LDO
The maximum output current of analog amplifier in melody IC is 300mA.
The current can not be fed by internal Omega so external LDO(U303) is included for max power of
loud Speker.

3. TECHNICAL BRIEF
