2 Composite and provides source switching and controls. ™ The TranScanner 3 is designed to be located in the home cinema component rack near all of the video sources while the projector or the plasma display may be mounted elsewhere for the proper vowing.
™ The TranScanner 3 has two switched +12 VDC outlets labeled as RY1 and RY2. These outlets may be used to trigger a relay in an electric screen, projector lift or other relay activated device. See Relay Setup menu for more details.

Or use the numbered buttons 1 through 0 on the remote control for direct switching of inputs. For composite video inputs, press 1 or 2; for S-Video inputs, press 3 or for component video inputs, press 5, or 6; for RGB inputs, press 7 or and for DVI inputs, press 9 or 0.

The Formats refers to the aspect ratio of played video signal. For example, a DVD player which is connected to the Y/B/R input may be used to playback either Standard (4:3) format or Letterbox format. This menu permits you to rename the formats.
