BDS-1523H ASSEMBLY ASSEMBLY To keep freight costs to a minimum and reduce damage in transport, this belt/ disc sander will require a significant amount of assembly and will require some heavy lifting. Is the sanding belt properly tracked and tensioned? Rotate disc slowly. Look and listen for any scraping noises or anything that impedes smooth movement.
