- Page 2 1. Take out the CD in the color box and insert the CD to the Conmputer/Notebook. Please go to DN-16027_36_37 folder and find the “Search Tool” folder. 2. Install WinPcap_4_1_2.exe first and then execute “Search.exe”. 3. Please make sure that the IP camera is connected to the same network domain as your Computer/Notetook.
- Page 3 6. Click the first button, choose updating file ”home”. It is suggested to put the firmware files at C: drive directory of your Computer/Notebook. 7. Click the second button ,choose file ”roofs”. Suggestion: put upgrade file into disk root directory.
- Page 4 8. Please make sure that both files are selected before system Update. After uploading the file, then click system update 9. When the system update showed “success”, please press “Factory default” and wait for 30 seconds for the camera to re-boot.
