5 Ethernet Interface The controller can be integrated into the firm’s network by the Ethernet interface and any PC of that network can access it. 5.1 Connector The Ethernet is connected via RJ 45 connector: Fig. 1: RJ 45 Ethernet connector (8-pole) -

5.3 Configuration Interface parameters / Eth-MCM (phyLOGIC ToolBox communication software) integrates the controller MCC or phyMOTION into the customer’s network by Ethernet. Thereby a data exchange is possible in form of TCP/IP network protocols between all devices in a local network. - Page 9 : The IP address of the controller is searched only in the same subnet. This functions only, if the controller obtained a valid IP address over DHCP. : Installation of the controller’s IP address by MAC- and IP address input.
