I keep hearing "The Google
Assistant is not connected"
when I touch and hold the left
earbud.
• For Android users:
Install Google Assistant on your device, then try again.
If you have installed Google Assistant, but forgot to set
up Google Assistant for your earbuds, follow these steps:
1) Connect your earbuds to the device.
2) Open the Google Assistant app on your device.
3) Tap Finish headphones setup, and follow the on-
screen instructions.
• For iOS users:
1) Connect your earbuds to the device.
2) Install and open the Google Assistant app.
3) Tap the snapshot icon on the left, then enable Google
Assistant to access Bluetooth.
4) Tap Finish headphones setup, and follow the on-
screen instructions.
• If you don't want to perform the Google Assistant function
on your earbud, install and open the TCL Connect app,
then assign other touch control functoin to the left earbud.
