The dial indicator (or demounting head) is nearer to
B or D side than adjust the eccentric bushing 1 to
move it like picture.
2. The distance should be less than 1.5 mm from
the any position of rim edge to the dial indicator.
And the all the clamps should be touch the rim
and no movement when pull the rim by hand. The
adjustment is finished.
4.11 Adjust the fixing sleeve of bead
break cylinder

Need to adjust the fixing sleeve when change or
reinstall the bead break cylinder.
1. Loosen the bolt as follow picture.
2. Rotate the fixing sleeve, the cylinder will swing up
and down.
3. Rotate the fixing sleeve till the cylinder can swing
smoothly.

Adjust the motor belt

Need to adjust the belt when belt slips.
1. Remove the side panel.
2. Adjust the nut A and B.

Adjust the position of switch

i
Need to adjust the position of switch when the
switch cannot return back or cannot reach the work
position.
1. Loosen the bolt A then move the switch bracket.
2. Rod B should at the middle of the opening of rotati-
on lever C then tighten the bolt A.
3. Lift up or press down the pedal manually to check
the switch working situation.
