Adjust fixing bolts and nuts at the
lower end of tilt arm

Need to adjust the bolt at lower end of tilt arm
when the tilt arm has oversize swing.
1. Remove the cover.
2. Tighten nut A to reduce the gap but make sure that
the tilt arm can tilt and return.
3. Adjust the bolt B to reduce the gap.
4. Adjust the bolt C and both C can touch the machine
cabinet.
5. Tighten the nut on bolt after adjustment.

Adjust the position of pedal valve rod
for bead break cylinder

The valve rod position is not correct to cause the
valve leak or cylinder movement slowly.
1. Remove the side panel and front panel then take out
the pedal assembly.
2. Put the pedal at the top position.
3. Loosen the nut A and adjust the valve rod position to
the length 28.5 mm like below picture.
4. Tighten nut A.

Adjust the position of pedal valve rod
for turntable cylinder

The valve rod position is not correct to cause the
valve leak or cylinder movement slowly.

The valve rod position is not correct to cause that
the clamps can move automatically when the pedal
at the middle position.
1. Remove the side panel and front panel then take out
the pedal assembly.
i
Make sure there's no abrasion or damage on stop
block A; otherwise change new one.
i
Make sure the screw at connect rod B is not loo-
sened; otherwise tighten it slightly.
2. Put the pedal at the middle position.
3. Loosen nut C then adjust the valve rod position to
the length 20mm like below picture.
4. Tighten nut C.

Adjust the position of pedal valve rod
for tilt cylinder
It's same as the adjustment of turntable pedal valve
rod. Refer to Chapter "Adjust the position of pedal valve
rod for turntable cylinder".
