I have a Carer- wash CK8512 and I save an error E21 machine won’t drain..problem I have is that the instructions of where the drain hose is on my machine is just a hole I have the large dial for the filter I can take out but No small dial for the drain hose. I have cleaned the filter, which was not blocked…all the water came out of this area, but when I ran a quick program again, same think happened error E21. So my question is how do I access the drain pipe ad whatever is blocking obviously hasn’t reached the filter.
