BALLAST REPLACEMENT
NOTE: The ballast only needs to be replaced if it should fail.
For replacement Ballast Assembly, contact your Independent HVAC Contractor or call
Customer Service at 866-736-0503.
Part # 9950210 - Air Scrubber Mini EM Ballast Assembly
WARNING:
1.
Disconnect the power from the Air Scrubber Mini EM by Aerus unit. Remove 6 screws shown
below.
2.
Lift assembly out of housing.
Remove 2 locknuts.
3.
Remove 2-pin power plug from metal
bracket. Slide 4-wire connection out of
bulb assembly connector.
4.
Slide new 4-wire connection
into the bulb assembly
connector and reconnect.
Replace 2-pin power plug into
metal bracket opening.
5.
Replace 2 locknuts and place
new assembly back into the
unit housing.
6.
Reinstall original 6 screws.

Before you replace the ballast, verify the Mini Split HVAC system is turned
off and disconnected from the power source. Failure to disconnect the
power may result in severe electrical shock.
