Possible Cause
Drain cap and silicone seal are not
secure.
All the water in the tank has been
used.
The unit is unplugged.
Hot and cold power ON/OFF
switches located at the back of the
unit are in the OFF position.
Indicator lights are not lit.
The circuit breaker in your home is
tripped or the fuse has blown.
Hot water thermostat tripped
(turned off).
Lower door is not properly closed.
Empty water bottle.
Mineral deposits clogging tanks.
Possible air pocket.
Child safety lock (hot water) is
activated.
Water dispenser is uneven.
Water pump makes noise as it fills
the tank.
Suggested Solution
Ensure seal is secure in drain plug
and tighten drain cap.
Replace with full bottle and wait for
water to heat and/or cool.
Plug it into the outlet.
Activate both power switches to the
ON position.
The cooling or heating cycle
will activate automatically when
the temperature of the water is
outside of the optimum dispensing
temperature range. Allow the
cooling or heating cycle to
complete before dispensing.
Reset the breaker or replace the
fuse.
Turn off the hot water switch for
15-30 minutes to allow the tank to
cool and then turn the switch back
on. The temperature limit switch
will re-set automatically.
Make sure the lower door is
properly closed.
Replace with full bottle.
Refer to Cleaning of Reservoirs.
Push down the dispenser buttons
to prime the unit.
De-activate the child safety lock by
sliding the red lock button to the
side while pressing the hot water
button at the same time.
Make sure the dispenser is on an
even surface that can support its
full weight.
This is normal.
