This heavy-duty stationary wheelchair scale features a detachable ramp
designed for a smooth approach and exit. The platform is designed to ac-
comodate all sizes of wheelchairs. The 495 features a padded handrail for
ambulatory patients and a non-skid mat. It features Detecto's famous die-
cast, dual-sided, eye-level weighbeam graduated in 4 ounce or 100 gram in-
crements. The weigh beam is located at a height above the platform where
the patient or attendant can perform the weighing operation. Customers
specializing in the care of non-ambulatory patients provided information

Digital Stationary Wheelchair Scale
With the model 6495 heavy-duty digital wheelchair scale, you get speed
and increased accuracy that only electronic weighing can provide. Weigh in
pounds or kilograms at the press of a button. The EMR-ready weight display
is mounted on a tilt mount which permits the indicator to be angled for easy
viewing. A keypad for entry of known weights of empty wheelchairs is also
provided, thus giving the exact weight of the patient accurately and instantly
in large 0.5"/13 mm digits. The platform is designed to accomodate all sizes
of wheelchairs and the 6495 also features a detachable ramp.
