■ Charging
• Use the specified charging equipment or a wireless charging pad
(commercially available). If you use the other charging equipment,
leakage of the internal battery, heat generation or fire may be
caused. The Company assumes no responsibility for any accidents
or problems that may be caused by use of the other equipment.
• Do not forcibly connect the USB Type-C data cable (sample) to
the product if you cannot install or connect them well.
• When plugging the specified charging equipment to a power
outlet, take care not to allow the plug to touch conductive material
(metal objects, pencil lead, etc.). Failure to do so may cause
electric shock, short-circuit, fire, etc.
• Connect the specified charging equipment directly to a power
outlet. Star-connection causes heat generation resulting to fire.
• When the specified charging equipment is connected to a power
outlet, do not apply strong impact such as hooking the cord. May
cause injury or a malfunction.
• Do not use the specified charging equipment if the plug is
damaged or the connection to power outlet is slack.
• Refrain from charging in the following places.
- Places exposing to direct sunlight
- Humid or dusty places, or places with strong vibration
- Near a TV, radio, or other electric apparatus
• Do not charge the product more than 12 hours.
• The AC adapter (sample) and the USB Type-C data cable (sample)
are compatible with VOOC fast charging. For charging by VOOC
fast charging, always use AC adapter (sample) and the USB
Type-C data cable (sample).
■ Wireless charging
• Do not attach metal objects (such as a sticker of material including
metal) to a wireless charging pad (commercially available) or the
rear side of the main unit. May cause a malfunction.
• Charging may stop before completion of charging around nearly
full-charge.
• If charging stops before completion of charging, charging may not
be resumed soon.
• Depending on Qi compatible product, start and stop charging may
be repeated.
• Charging function may pause or charging time may be long at
temperatures above a certain level. But it is not abnormal. Wait
until the temperature drops.
• Place a wireless charging pad (commercially available) on a stable
and horizontal place to charge.
• For wireless charging, turn off the vibrator function of the main
unit. If it is failed, the main unit is moved by vibration and charging
may not be complete or the main unit may fall out.
