Troubleshooting/Flowcharts

The following hints should help finding the cause of the problem when the circuitry
seems to be faulty. This troubleshooting instructions are divided into the following sec-
tions.
1 Top troubleshooting map
2 Phone is totally dead
3 Power doesn't stay on or the phone is jammed
4 Flash programming doesn't work
5 Display is not working
6 Audio fault
7 Charging fault
First, carry out a thorough visual check of the module. Ensure in particular that:
• there is no mechanical damage
• soldered joints are OK
• ASIC orientations are OK
