3. Finish tightening the pedals using the supplied 15 mm
wrench. The pedals must be very tight. Check and retighten
the pedals after your first two rides.

In most cases, the factory settings for the forks and rear shocks
will not require adjustment. But, if you desire a softer or stiffer
ride, adjust the forks and rear shocks as follows.
NOTE: Always adjust the forks and rear shocks in small increments.
Adjust the forks and rear shocks at the same time.
To adjust the forks:
Rotate the pre-load knob and compression knob

counterclockwise to soften the ride. Rotate both knobs
equally.
Rotate the pre-load knob and compression knob clockwise
•
to stiffen the ride. Rotate both knobs equally.

To adjust the rear shocks using a 5 mm hex wrench:
Rotate the plug on both the left and right shocks
•
counterclockwise to soften the ride. Rotate both plugs
equally.
Rotate the plug on both the left and right shocks clockwise
•
to stiffen the ride. Rotate both plugs equally.
