Troubleshooting 1. When there is no power, check to make sure all cords are connected properly and the plug is inserted securely into the power outlet. Test to ensure that the outlet has power. 2. I unplugged my bed. Then plugged back in. Now the remote is not communicating
The remote may not be communicating with the Smart Flex SF-500 bed after being unplugged and plugged back in due to the need for re-pairing with the control box. To fix this, insert 2 AAA batteries into the remote, press and hold the Timer/All Off button until the LED backlight flashes, then release the button and press the Memory A button before the LED stops flashing. If the remote still fails to operate, refer to troubleshooting section #8.
