    Troubleshooting 1. When there is no power, check to make sure all cords are connected properly and the plug is inserted securely into the power outlet. Test to ensure that the outlet has power. 2. When the LED power indicator light on the remote control is off, replace 2 AAA batteries.

Pair your Wireless Remote Control with the Control Box by pressing the Pairing Button on the Control Box and holding then releasing (The light will turn off then start flashing).
