Troubleshooting 1. When there is no power, check to make sure all cords are connected properly and the plug is inserted securely into the power outlet. Test to ensure that the outlet has power. 2. When the LED power indicator light on the remote control is off, replace 2 AAA batteries. - Page 19 8. If your remote control does not work then you must pair it with the control box yourself. First, insert 2 AAA batteries (included) into your wireless remote control.
