    How to Sync Two Twin XL Bases into a King Use only one remote provided.     Troubleshooting 1. When there is no power, check to make sure all cords are connected properly and the plug is inserted securely into the power outlet. Test to ensure that the outlet has power. 2. In case of no power supply, purchase two 9 volts batteries and install them in the AC/DC power adapter as a battery backup.

Pair your Wireless Remote Control with the Control Box by pressing the Pairing Button on the Control Box two times (The light will turn on).
