18. Replacing the Solenoid Valve Cartridge

18.1 Close the corner valves.
18.2 Trigger the valve.
18.3 Loosen the screw (a) with an Allan key.
18.4 Pull the housing (b) from the base (c).
18.5 Remove the screws (d).
18.6 Remove the mounting bracket (e).
18.7 Remove and replace the solenoid valve cartridge (f).
18.8 Reassemble in the reverse order.

19. Fault Correction

Fault
Water does not flow
Water flows
continuously
Water flow too weak
Water is too hot
Water is too cold
If you are unable to correct a fault or if the fault is not described in the fault correction
section, please inform our customer service department!
Cause
– Voltage supply interrupted
– Water-flow volume regulator closed
– Grit filters are clogged with dirt
– Cleaning clip in front of the fitting
– Solenoid valve faulty
– Solenoid valve faulty
– Corner valves not fully opened
– Grit filters are clogged with dirt
– Aerator calcified
– Solenoid valve faulty
– Supply pressure too low
– Cold water is turned off
– Filter in cold-water part is dirty
– Non-return valve faulty
– Hot water is turned off
– Filter in hot-water part is dirty
– Non-return valve faulty
