6. Attach the harp (3) to the "U" shaped support shelf (7).
7. Screw the bulb (4) (included) into the lamp-socket (5).
8. Place the fabric shade (2) on the harp (3), then secure by tightening the finial (1).
9. Remove the plug cover and plug the power cord into a polarized 120 volt outlet.
10. Use the rotary switch (6) to turn the lamp ON/OFF.

RE-LAMPING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Unplug the fixture from the wall outlet.
2. Make sure the lamp body and the bulb(s) is cool enough before touching.
3. Remove the old bulb from socket and insert new bulb into the socket.
