manual is to assist you in operating and maintaining your
steel cart assembly.
Retain a copy of your receipt for your unit,
as it will be required to validate any warranty service

Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Remove tailgate and all contents, invert the cart body for
ease of assembly.
Step 2: Invert and position the front axle weldment assembly
and the axle housing weldment, so their mounting holes
coincide with the holes located on the bottom side of the
cart weldment.
NOTE: Insure the front axle assembly is positioned so
the front half tongue piece is pointed forward when the
tongue piece is unfolded.
Step 3: Bolt both the front and rear axle housings to the cart
weldment using the slotted round head machine screws
and 3/8" whiz nuts provided. Do this 24xs.
Step 4: Secure the bolts using the 3/8" hex whiz lock nuts
provided.
Step 5: Slide the axle through the rear axle housing weldment.
Secure wheels to the axle using the 3/4" machinery
bushings and cotter pins provided. Affix front wheels to
the front axle housing weldment spindles in a similar
manner.
Step 6: Invert cart assembly and insert tailgate and unit is ready
to use.

Using Your Dump Cart

Your pulling vehicle's speed should be governed by the weight of
the load. The heavier the load, the slower the speed for safe
operation.
Warning: Danger of Improper Use of Cart:
This unit is intended for use only with riding mowers or tractors. It
is definitely NOT for highway use, being pulled at high speeds or
transporting passengers of any sort. Such use could result in
injuries for which we cannot be held responsible.

Maintenance Instructions:

Check tire pressure at regular intervals. Proper inflation will
prolong the life of the tires.
