Safety
WARNING:

To reduce the risk of accident, injury or drowning; read the following safety instructions:
• This product must only be used by persons over the age of 6 years.
• Never pass hands or feet through the handle, tow rope loop or fastener.
• Do not use the product at speeds which exceed the user's ability.
• Never exceed the product's people carrying capacity as recommended by the manufacturer.
Refer to the maximum people carrying capacity for your particular product.
• The product's max load capacity is 125 kg.
• If the tow rope is worn or frayed it must be replaced immediately.
• This product must not be used whilst under the influence of alcohol or medicine.
• Keep all parts of your body above the surface of the water.
• Before starting, make sure that the tow rope runs freely and that there is no danger of anyone
getting tangled in it.
• Since the towed water tube cannot be controlled by the rider, the driver/operator of the towing
boat is responsible for its control.
• Apart from the boat driver, there should always be one other person in the boat who can keep
watch on the person riding the towed water tube.
• Avoid making sharp turns with the boat, as this can cause the water tube to flip over,
possibly resulting in injury to the rider.
• Never use the product in shallow water or near land, jetties, other boats or people in the water.
• The product must not be used in strong winds, around rocks or coral reefs.
• Do not leave the product close to the water when it is not in use.
• The product must never be modified. Doing so can jeopardise its safety.
• Never use the product if you are all alone; always make sure that someone is close by
who would notice if anything should happen.
• The manufacturer and retailer are not responsible for any damage or injuries sustained whilst
using this product. All use is at your own risk! It is the responsibility of the user to see that
the product is used correctly according to the instructions. The product should be inspected
regularly for damage.
• Do not use it if it is damaged or leaking.
• This product must not be used by anyone (including children) suffering from physical or mental
impairment. This product should not be used by anyone who does not have the proper
experience or knowledge of the product unless they have been instructed in its use by
someone who takes responsibility for their safety.
• Only use the product together with a responsible and experienced boat driver.
• If the product is designed for more than one person, the riders must be very careful to avoid
contact with each other.
