Troubleshooting

When the present problem cannot be solved by the following exemplary solutions, please
call the customer service of your supplier!
Problem
No function of the microwave.
Non-intended function of the
microwave.
Interference with other
devices in the vicinity.
„OVEN IS HOT, DO NOT
OPEN THE DOOR" on the
display.
After completing a cooking
process the internal
illumination and recirculation
are active.
Formation of condensation on
the door.

Disposal

Equipment must not be disposed of as unsorted household waste at the municipal
trash can!
Please note the national regulations.
Make the appliance unusable before disposal to prevent abuse. Disconnect the power
cable from the device.
Please protect the environment and the health of others by disposing of the device
properly and professionally!
Potential reason
The microwave is not
connected to the power
supply.
The microwave is not
programmed correctly.
The door of the microwave
oven does not close correctly.
The microwave and the other
devices in the vicinity are
inconveniently located.
A high temperature in the
oven activates the
overheating protection.
The device cools down after a
cooking process.
The microwave is operated at
high humidity.

Proposal for solution
o Check the power cable.
o Insert the plug into the
socket.
Check the settings of the
POWER-regulator and timer.
Check and clean the door and
door seal.
Permute the microwave or the
other devices or change the
position of receivers
(antennas). Also note the
recommended minimum
distance of 2 m.
Wait 3 minutes.
Then contact the customer
service if the problem persists.
The process is normal. After
cooling, the device
automatically returns to
standby mode.
Remove the condensation with
a soft cloth.
