Clean / Soak Procedure
Add 3‐4 gallons of water to brine tank. (Be sure that salt level is above water level at all mes)
2. Allow minimum 2 hours for the water to absorb the salt.
3. Start a manual regenera on.
4. Watch as the water level is decreased in the brine tank. When the water in the brine tank has been drawn into the
mineral tank (10‐15 minutes), unplug the valve.
5. Turn the bypass handles to the bypass mode.
6. Allow the unit to sit over night (8 hours). This allows a long contact me with the brine and media.
7. A er 8 hours plug the power back in.
8. Turn the bypass handles to the service mode.
9. Allow the valve to complete its remaining por on of the regenera on.
