In thi s mode, i f the emergency br ake has been engaged, the engi n e will continue to run
after the key has been taken out of the igniti o n. It wi l l run unti l two minutes after the
emergency brak e has been set.
To util ize this mode, the em ergency brake sensing wire has to be connected to the
emergency brak e wi r e of the vehi c le. C onsul t the authori zed deal er for thi s mode.
This option i s ideal for turbo charged vehicles because it allows the turbo to cool down
after oper ation.

OPTIONAL INSTALLATION FEATURES

The CompuStar R1700-AM remote has additional features and expansion
possibilities that require additional parts and labor.

Cold Start Mode

If the optional temperature sensor has been installed,
Cold Start Mode. In this mode, your car automatically starts if the temperature of
the inside of the vehicle goes below the preset temperature.
The minimum interval between the starts will be 1.5 or 3.0 hours depending on
preset options during the time of installation. Cold Start Mode is activated or
deactivated by pressing Buttons
Optional Auxiliary 1 & Auxiliary 2
The auxiliary system is an optional feature that can be tailored for your vehicle
by your local authorized CompuStar dealership. For example, you can customize
your car to have remote power control of your windows, radio, and sunroof in
addition to the rooftop on your convertible car.
