Problem
The oven does not heat
up.
The lamp does not oper‐
ate.
The core temperature sen‐
sor does not operate.
It takes too long to cook
the dishes or they cook too
quickly.
Steam and condensation
settle on the food and in
the cavity of the oven.
The display shows "C2".
The display shows "C3".
The display shows "F102". • You did not fully close

Possible cause
The fuse is blown.
The lamp is defective.
The plug of the core tem‐
perature sensor is not cor‐
rectly installed into the
socket.
The temperature is too low
or too high.
You left the dish in the
oven for too long.
You want to start the Pyrol‐
ysis or Defrost function, but
you did not remove the
core temperature sensor
plug from the socket.
The cleaning function does
not operate. You did not
fully close the door, or the
door lock is defective.

Remedy
Make sure that the fuse is
the cause of the malfunc‐
tion. If the fuse is blown
again and again, contact a
qualified electrician.
Replace the lamp.
Put the plug of the core
temperature sensor as far
as possible into the socket.
Adjust the temperature if
necessary. Follow the ad‐
vice in the user manual.
Do not leave the dishes in
the oven for longer than 15
- 20 minutes after the
cooking process ends.
Remove the core tempera‐
ture sensor plug from the
socket.
Fully close the door.
