Using the operator panel

The operator panel buttons allow you to copy, scan, fax, or print documents and photos.
The operator panel features:

2 line text LCD
•
7 LEDs (6 green, 1 white)

1 card reader LED (green)

2 wireless medallion LEDs (green and amber)

Function
• Turns the printer on and off
• Switches to Power Saver mode
Note: When the printer is on, press the Power button to
switch to Power Saver mode. Press and hold the Power
button for three seconds to turn off the printer.
Accesses the copy menu and makes copies
Accesses the scan menu and scans documents
Accesses the fax menu and sends faxes
