PREPARATION AND USE

Assembling and disassembling the grill (see scheme in pic. 1)
First attach the covers A11 and A13 to the posts A12. Using screws, attach the posts to the base
holder A9 and the lower tray. You will get a stable bearing part of the grill. Then screw on the
feet A8 to the base A7. You may then put thus assembled base on the above-mentioned bearing
part. Put the aluminium tray A5 onto the protrusions in the base A7 in a way that the MIN and
MAX marks are opposite the regulation knob. Now you can attach the whole part with the heating
body and regulation knob into the prepared cut out parts of the base A7 (see pic. 1). The guiding
wire of the grilling grate must fit onto the prepared hollows of the aluminium tray (see pic. 1). Now
put the wind shield A14 in the base A7 and then you may put the grilling grate on it.
Place the appliance on a hard and level surface. Place the aluminium reflector into the base and
dip water carefully in before power on. Water must not come into contact with other parts of
the grill (eg, A1, A2, A3, A15) ! The water shall not be lower than the minimum level marked on
the A5 tray. If water evaporates fast during baking, please add water into for avoiding over heat.
Do not directly spray water onto the thermostat, for it may possibly damage the appliance.
Cautions!
– The barbecue grill shall be covered with aluminium reflector or similar materials, otherwise
it may cause the danger of overheat.
– NEVER use the unit without water in the base tray. The water level must be between the
