Terms­of­Use­and­Privacy­Agree-
ment
"Terms of Use and Privacy Agreement" is an
informative page that comprises the "Terms of
Use" and the "Privacy Agreement".
Once you agree to the "Terms of Use and Pri-
vacy Agreement" (by clicking "Accept" on the
"Terms of Use and Privacy Agreement" page),
you can use all Smart Inter@ctive functions, and
data regarding the use of the TV will be col-
lected.
If you do not accept the "Terms of Use and
Privacy Agreement", you cannot use any Smart
Inter@ctive functions other than the DLNA and
Liveshare, and data regarding the use of the TV
will not be collected.
Displaying­and­Using­the­Terms­
of­use­and­Privacy­Agreement­
Page
After the first set-up of the TV is done and the
internet connection has been established, the
"Terms of Use and Privacy Agreement" page
will be displayed automatically. On this page,
you can click "Next" to see the page where the
agreements are listed. The user is expected to
read the "Terms of Use" and "Privacy Agree-
ment" and to click "Accept" to approve.
I f the user clicks "I have read and accepted

the terms of use", they will be directed to the
page where they can read the "Terms of Use"
agreement.
I f the user clicks "I have read and accepted

the privacy agreement", they will be directed
to the page where they can read the "Privacy
Agreement".
You can display the "Terms of Use and Privacy
Agreement" page under the menu item "Set-
tings → TV → About → Terms of Use and Privacy
Agreement".

The user can withdraw their consent to the
"Terms of Use and Privacy Agreement" they
have accepted before. To do this, the user needs
to click "Reject" on the "Terms of Use and Pri-
vacy Agreement" page.
Updating­the­Terms­of­Use­and­
Privacy­Agreement
Once the "Terms of Use and Privacy Agree-
ment" is updated, the "Terms of Use and Privacy
Agreement" page will be displayed again upon
first connection to the internet, and the active
Smart Inter@ctive functions will be stopped. No
Smart Inter@ctive function can be used except
for the DLNA and Liveshare, and data regard-
ing the use of the TV will not be collected. On
this page, you can click "Next" to see the page
where the agreements are listed. The user is
expected to accept the updated "Terms of Use
and Privacy Agreement" agreement.
