In Utility, you can specify the default value of each function to meet your conditions or environment.

Description
Configure the settings for the operating environment of this machine.
Specify the size and type of the paper loaded in Tray 1. You can also
specify the unit of paper size and paper type loaded in Tray2-Tray5.
Register up to two custom sizes.
Performs the drum drying operation to remove dew condensation
around the PC of the photo conductor, preventing deterioration of
functions.
Configure the remote monitor settings or settings for the administra-
tor to manage each account.
Configure the default settings for each copy function.
Register destinations in One-touch Dial, speed dial, and group dial.
Configure the default settings for each fax function.
Configure the default settings for transmission operations.
Configure the default settings for receiving operations.
Configure the default settings for each report function.
Configure the default settings for the scan function.
Confirm the counter or communication result, or print out a report.
