    Chaparral if it is found to be structurally defective in material or workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the boat. In the event Chaparral elects to replace a hull of a model for which the mold is no longer in use, Chaparral’s obligation is limited to provide only the nearest equivalent type of Chaparral hull available.
