04.01 Cleaning
At the end of processing, clean all parts that have been in contact with the aliment:, union, cauger,
knife, perforated plate and ring nut.
When each cycle of work is completed:
•
Clean the external surface whith a damp cloth
•
Remove the attachments
•
To clean the attachments, use neutral soap and water, or products made for washing kitchen
pans
•
Always dry the appliance bifore reusing or replacing it in its box.
Moreover, make sure that cleaning has been carried out properly before using the machine.
