Remove transportation blocks
from the bottom of each panel
before beginning assembly.
Each Panel should have two
blocks.

Step 2
Ensure oors are ush to each other and
using the oor joining blocks x them
together with 2x30mm screws per
block.

Step 3
Secure the plain gable to the

plain panel with screws as
shown in the diagram. Making
sure to NOT SCREW the
panels to the floor
until the roof is on the
building.

Step 4
Using 6x 40mm screws secure
the padbolt into the padbolt

block behind the door.
Then using 4x40mm screws
per hinge secure the hinges to
the door making sure to screw
into the door framing.
