CooIing ventilation
In order to cooI down the external temperature of the oven, some models are fitted with a cooIing fan that bIows
out air between the controI paneI and the oven door.
! Once the cooking has been compIeted, the cooIing fan remains on untiI the oven has cooIed down sufficiently.
Oven Iight
It will come on when seIecting
with the SELECTOR knob. It stays on when a cooking mode is selected.
Cooking Modes
! GRILL (recommended: set only to MAX power IeveI);
ThermostaticaIIy controIIed oven (Fan Assisted Mode)
When the SELECTOR knob is turned in a clockwise direction to the symbol
the fan and oven Iight wiII come on to
assist in the defrosting of frozen food. Rotating further to the compIete range of temperatures shown on the diaI you
can choose which is most suitable for the food you are going to cook. The temperature is reached automaticaIIy and
controIIed by the oven thermostat (from 60°C to MAX).
! WhiIst using tag oven for conventionaI VARIABLE GRILL knob must be set with "MAX" in Iine with the reference
mark on the controI paneI.
Grill Mode
The top heating
element comes on. The extremely high and direct temperature of the grill makes it
possible to brown the surface of meats and roasts while locking in the juices to keep them tender. The grill is also
highly recommended for dishes that require a high temperature on the surface. Always cook in this mode with the
oven door partially open.
To operate the griII:
1. Turn the oven SELECTOR knob cIockwise untiI the required griIIing symboI is in Iine with the mark on the controI
paneI. The eIement is now "on".
2. The VARIABLE GRILL knob can now be operated to seIect the required heat.
