Turn off the headphones and put it into EVA case to avoid damage, scratches
or head band deformation while not in use.
●
Charge every 6 months to prolong the battery life when not used for extended
periods.
●
Recharge headphones if they are not used for extended periods prior to use.
Possible Cause

Signal interference
from surrounding
environment such as
cellular signal tower
and WIFI broadcast
antenna
●
The pairing steps
were missed
●
Previous connected
devices have not yet
disconnected from
the headphones
●
Battery level is low
●
Leave the premises to reduce the
interference.
●
Turn off the headphones and remove
"ANC300" from the Bluetooth device list
on your mobile device. Re-initiate the
pairing process.
●
Turn off the headphones and go through
the pairing steps again.
●
Check the Bluetooth setting on the
previous connected device to either turn
off the Bluetooth function or remove
"ANC300" from the list of device.

Recharge the headphones
