Istruzioni per l’uso e la manutenzione Motoriduttori elettrici 24-400 V CA 1 INTRODUZIONE Il presente manuale contiene le informazioni per l’uso e la manutenzione dei motoriduttori in corrente alternata (di seguito semplicemente CA) con alimentazione 24-400 V, di seguito definiti “motoriduttori”. Le informazioni riguardanti il motore elettrico sono reperibili nel manuale “Istruzioni per l’uso e la manutenzione”... -

La mancata osservanza delle avvertenze e/o l’eventuale manomissione del motoriduttore, solleva la TEM da qualsiasi responsabilità in caso d’incidenti e/o danni a cose e persone. Prima di mettere in funzione il motoriduttore è necessario che l’utilizzatore legga con attenzione il contenuto del presente manuale. -

TEM direttamente la scheda di caratterizzazione del motoriduttore di cui è in possesso, per fare questo è sufficiente fornire o il nome completo dell’articolo ( vedi codice su casella TYPE della targa motoriduttore ) o il numero di matricola ( vedi matricola su casella P.N della targa motoriduttore ). -

7.3 Stoccaggio a lungo termine In caso di stoccaggio o di fermo superiore ai 9 mesi, TEM consiglia l’opzione stoccaggio a lungo termine. Con le misure sotto riportate è possibile uno stoccaggio di circa 2 anni. Poiché i tempi massimi di stoccaggio sono enormemente influenzati dalle condizioni ambientali, i tempi indicati devono essere considerati solo come valori di riferimento. -

Istruzioni per l’uso e la manutenzione Motoriduttori elettrici 24-400 V CA 7.5 Installazione del riduttore Danni da surriscaldamento del riduttore: Nel caso dei motoriduttori, accertarsi che l'aria di raffreddamento del motore raggiunga senza ostacoli il riduttore. Al riduttore non devono essere fissati carichi aggiuntivi. Nel caso dei motoriduttori, utilizzare anche l’eventuale golfare applicato al motore. -

Controllare inoltre che il riduttore non presenti danni esterni e non vi siano crepe su tubi flessibili, raccordi di tubi flessibili e gommini antivibranti. - Page 13 Istruzioni per l’uso e la manutenzione Motoriduttori elettrici 24-400 V CA Pulizia ed eventuale sostituzione della vite di sfiato Svitare il tappo di sfiato, pulirlo accuratamente (ad esempio con aria compressa) e rimontarlo nella stessa posizione. Se necessario, utilizzare una vite di sfiato munita di un nuovo anello di tenuta.

Failure to comply with the warnings and/or any tampering of the gear motor, relieves TEM of any liability in the event of accidents and/or damage to property and persons. -

7.3 Long-term storage In case of storage or closure of more than 9 months, TEM recommends the long-term storage option. With the measurements below, a storage of about 2 years is possible. As maximum storage times are hugely influenced by environment conditions, the indicated times should only be considered as reference values. -

Instructions for use and maintenance Electric gearmotors 24-400 V AC 7.5 Gearbox Installation Damage from overheating of the gearbox: In the case of gear motors, ensure that the motor cooling air reaches the gearbox unhindered. For mounting, use ring eyebolts screwed to the reducer. No additional loads shall be attached to the gearbox. -

Also check that the gearbox has no external damage and there are no cracks on hoses, hose fittings and anti-vibration rubber pads. If any leakage occurs, such as oil or cooling water drips, damage or cracks, immediately repair the gearbox. - Page 29 Instructions for use and maintenance Electric gearmotors 24-400 V AC Replacement of shaft ring gasket Reaching the end of the useful life, the veil of oil at the sealing lip increases and slowly a measurable loss is formed with oil dripping. It is therefore necessary to replace the ring gasket. The area between the sealing lip and the protective lip should be filled with approximately 50 % grease during assembly (recommended grease type: PETAMO GHY 133N).

Parts subject to wear and tear are not covered by warranty. TEM will only cover the repair costs, any other costs (withdrawal, replacement, transport, etc.) including any damage to property and persons, and shall be borne by the customer, who for no reason shall be entitled to claim TEM itself. -
