WARNING : Do not use this appliance close to a bath, shower,
a WC or any other recipient containing water.

- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and over and
people with reduced physical, sensory or mental capacities or those
lacking experience or knowledge if they are able to benefit from su-
pervision or instructions concerning the safe use of the appliance and
they understand the dangers involved. Children must not play with
the appliance. Cleaning and maintenance must not be carried out by
children unless they are at least 8 years of age and are being super-
vised.
- When the hair dryer is used in a bathroom, unplug it after use be-
cause the proximity of the water presents a danger even when the
hair dryer is switched off.
- To achieve additional protection, the installation, in the electrical cir-
cuit supplying the bathroom, of a residual current differential device
with rated differential current not exceeding 30 mA is recommended.
Ask your installer for advice.
- If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manu-
facturer, its after sales service or people with a similar qualification to
avoid any danger.
