To change the internet provider settings on an Ideal Heating Halo, follow these steps:
1. If you have a new fibre router, broadband/fibre provider, or changed your Wi-Fi password, the Halo needs to reconfigure to connect to the new Wi-Fi network. 2. Put the Smart Interface into access point mode by pressing the override button for 5 seconds (a flashing blue LED indicates this mode). 3. Use the setup steps to connect the Halo to the new Wi-Fi network. 4. Once connected, press the override button again for 5 seconds to exit access point mode. 5. Ensure the router is connected to the internet by testing with a tablet or PC (not a mobile phone using mobile data).
If internet is not working, contact your broadband/fibre provider.
