  • Page 4 3. INSTALLING ACCESSORIES 1) Installing/removing the battery pack Slide the battery pack into the radio until it clicks into place. Turn off the radio and remove the battery pack. Push down the release latch while pulling the battery pack away from the radio. 2) Installing/removing the belt clip Use a screwdriver to install and remove the belt clip.

    4. CHARGING THE BATTERY Plug the power adapter into an electric socket. Connect the USB charging cable between the power adapter and the USB jact at the bottom of the battery pack. Ensure the connection of each end is connected securely. The charging light will turn RED and it will turn GREEN when fully charged (approximately 6 hours).
