This test may be performed with the aircraft in flight or on the ground, as long
as it is running at high RPM with all systems powered.
An offending interference source can be isolated by shutting down one system at a time, then clearing
the display and observing the noise monitor screen. Refer to troubleshooting electrical noise,
paragraph, 4.6.
