3. If a fault is detected, an error message will be displayed indicating which test failed and which
functions may be inoperative.
a. If continued operation is possible, the message " Press any key to continue" will appear (see
figure 3-4). To continue operation, press any key.
b. If a fatal (i.e., non-recoverable) error is detected, the message " Continued operation is not
possible" will appear (see figure 3-5). In this circumstance, turn the system OFF and refer to
the maintenance procedures detailed in chapter 4.
Table 4-1 lists all the possible error messages, the probable causes, and the recommended actions.
