Instructions for Use
s NOTICE: Do not put the ice cap in contact with sharp objects which
could pierce the material and cause damage.
To prevent sharp edges from cutting the bag, float ice in water before loading
bag. Carefully thread leakproof cap onto ice bag.
Unscrew ice cap top counter-clockwise to open. Carefully insert ice into ice cap.
Ensure that ice used is free from sharp edges which may puncture the bag and
cause melted ice to leak out. Screw ice cap top clockwise to close. Ensure that
top is securely closed.

Storage

After use, dispose of contents and air dry. Store in a cool, dry place.

Warranty

GF Health Products, Inc. warrants the Lumex English Style Ice Cap against manu-
facturer's defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If a product
is deemed to be under warranty, GF Health Products, Inc. shall provide, at its
option, (1) replacement of any defective part or product or (2) a credit of the
original selling price made to GF Health Products, Inc.'s initial customer. The warranty does not include any
labor charges incurred in replacement part(s) installation or any associated freight or shipping charges to
GF Health Products, Inc.
The warranties contained herein contain all the representations and warranties with respect to the subject
matter of this document, and supersede all prior negotiations, agreements and understandings with respect
thereto. The recipient of this document hereby acknowledges and represents that it has not relied on any
representation, assertion, guarantee, warranty, collateral contract or other assurance, except those set out
in this document.
For warranty service, be sure to first obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number from GF Health Products,
Inc. Customer Service Department at 1-800-347-5678, then send the unit prepaid to: Warranty Dept., GF
Health Products, Inc., 12055 Missouri Bottom Road, Hazelwood, MO 63042.
Please enclose a brief description of the problem, along with the dated sales receipt showing amount paid
for this item.
