- Page 9 產品結構 操作面板 1. 散熱風扇 操作面板 紅外線光波加熱器之上，安裝了耐久性卓越的AC電機，有效分散烤盤上之熱量。 2. 紅外線光波加熱器 紅外線熱量深度滲透到食物內部，採用了從上至下輸出熱量的方式，降低燒烤異味、煙氣等。 轉動/停止 3. 不銹鋼安全網 保護散熱風扇及紅外線光波加熱器。此安全網絕對禁止自行拆卸。 4. 內置加熱器的機頭 機頭安裝紅外線光波加熱器及高效AC散熱風扇。從而上方最高溫度，保持50℃左右，安全可靠。 5. 加熱器左右移動手把 使用時，如需翻動、添加或提取食材，利用手把將加熱器向左或右移動50° ，令使用更加便利和安 火力 全。移動機頭時，電源自動切斷；復位時，加熱器自動運行，安全可靠。 6. 機體 採用下端膨脹式圓形結構，緊貼於桌面，更加穩定牢靠。 7. 集油盒 烤五花肉等多油食材時，集油盒上方的集油導口，收集油滴，方便乾淨。 8. 集油盒投放口 對準方向，把集油盒插入投放口內部，要緊貼到底。燒烤結束後，小心拔除插入到投放口的集油盒， 時間調節 (分鐘) 倒油即可。 9. 操作面板 轉動旋鈕能控制機器開關、調校操作時間和火力，按鍵控制烤盤旋轉開關。 10. 排熱口 把空氣吸入機頭內部，降低機頭及內部溫度。禁止在排熱口上方放置物件或堵塞排熱口。 11.
- Page 10 操作說明 操作說明 1. 把主機放在水平的檯面上，把清潔乾淨的烤盤放在主機的底座上面。 注意事項 1. 使用前，主機上應妥善放置烤盤及安裝集油盒。打開電源。集油盒正確鎖上時會發出「咔」的聲音。 請確保集油盒放置在正確的位置，否則使用時油脂將濺出。 2. 燒烤之前，先預熱烤盤約5分鐘，確保烹飪快捷均勻。 3. 本產品初始使用時，內置紅外線光波加熱器的機頭部位，有可能發出一些煙氣和異味。此為熟化 (Ageing)的初期階段，當使用2至3次後，這種現象將會消失。 4. 把內置紅外線光波加熱器的機頭，向左或向右移動50° 後，翻動、添加或提取食材或切肉時，會更加 安全和方便。 5. 使用中，禁止在食材中使用鋁箔或保鮮膜等，此舉可能引發火災危險。 6. 儘量避免同時燒烤肉類和海鮮。當海鮮的水分和肉類的熱油混合時，很可能發生蹦油現象。 2. 把電源線一端插入產品後的插座內，電源插頭的一端則插入固定電源插座內（請注意插座的電壓與要 求的電壓一致）。 7. 使用中，紅外線發熱部位及烤盤、柱子以及集油盒等都很燙。使用後，在沒有完全降溫之前，禁止觸 摸本產品，此舉有可能引致燙傷。 8. 為防止機頭溫度上升，停止運作後，散熱風扇尚會運行約5分鐘。待散熱風扇完全停止運作，方可關 閉開關拔出電源插頭。 電源開關 3. 開啟電源開關，將火力旋鈕和時間旋鈕轉至適當檔位，這時光波管通電發熱，產品開始加熱工作。 4. 預熱約5分鐘後，把需要烤製的食物放在烤盤上面烹製；在烤製過程中可根據需要來調整火力大小， 有750W和1500W兩檔可選。 5. 烤盤轉動可通過轉動鍵操作，當開關打到“O”位置時旋轉摩打停止工作；當開關打到“I”位置時轉 動摩打開始工作。 6. 產品可通過旋轉時間旋鈕設置烹調時間，設定範圍0~120分鐘。 7.
