The EMSER
®
Inhalator Pro is an aerosol therapy system
for domestic use. This device is suited for atomising liq-
uids and liquid medication (aerosols) and for the treat-
ment of the upper and lower airways. By atomising and
inhaling the inhalation solution recommended by your
doctor, you can prevent diseases affecting the airways,
or in the case that you contract such an illness, you can
alleviate symptoms and speed up your recovery. Ask
your doctor or pharmacist for further information about
the potential applications.
Read these instructions carefully to understand all func-
tions and safety instructions. If you have any questions
or problems or wish to order spare parts, please contact
our customer service (see Section 7  ) .

use.

Inhalator Pro is used to produce medical

as described in these instructions. The manufactur-
er is not liable for damage caused by improper use.
Take good care of these instructions for future ref-
erence.
The EMSER
Inhalator Pro is not suitable for use in

the presence of flammable anaesthetic mixtures
with air, oxygen or nitrogen oxide.
The EMSER
®
Inhalator Pro should only be used with
the original accessories shown in these instructions.
Do not use the EMSER
damage or notice anything unusual.
The EMSER
Inhalator Pro must not be opened.

The EMSER
Inhalator Pro contains sensitive compo-

nents and must be handled with care. See the stor-
age and operating conditions in the section "Tech-
nical data".
Protect the EMSER
– water and moisture

Adhere to the safety regulations for electrical devic-
es, in particular:
– Do not touch the EMSER
or damp hands.
– Place the EMSER
horizontal surface for operation.
– Do not pull on the power cable or the EMSER
Inhalator Pro itself to disconnect the mains plug.
– The EMSER

Inhalator Pro is disconnected from
the power supply by unplugging the mains plug.
Ensure that it is accessible during operation.
Before inserting the EMSER
whether the nominal voltage on the type plate on
the underside of the EMSER
sponds to the mains voltage.
