WARNING!
Risk of explosion and chemical burns!
There is a risk of explosion if you handle the rechargeable
batteries improperly. You may get burnt if you come in contact
with battery acid that has leaked.
− Do not disassemble or damage the batteries.
− Do not heat up batteries and do not throw them in an
open fire.
− Do not use the batteries if they have been immersed in
water.
− Avoid strong impacts and vibrations of the batteries.
− Charge the batteries regularly and as fully as possible. Do
not leave the batteries discharged for an extended period.
− Do not store the product and charging station in hot, cold,
damp or dirty environments. Extreme environmental
conditions will impair the charging capacity of the batteries.
− Do not charge the batteries over an extended period
when the product is not being used.
− After an extended period of storage, you may have to
charge and discharge the batteries several times to
achieve full capacity.
− Do not expose a battery pack or product to fire or excessive
temperature. Exposure to fire or temperature above 140°F
(60 °C) may cause explosion.
− Immediately remove leaky or damaged rechargeable
batteries from the product and properly dispose of the
batteries and the product (see chapter "Disposal").
− Under abusive conditions, fluid may be ejected from
the batteries. Do not allow the battery fluid to come
into contact with skin, eyes or mucous membranes. In
the event of contact with acid, immediately flush the
applicable areas with plenty of clean water and consult a
