The charger's internal battery is too low. Connect the
charger to an electrical outlet.
Now take your hearing instruments out of the charger.
How can I turn off my hearing instruments without
charging them?
Place the hearing instruments in the charger. Ensure that

they are inserted correctly (status LEDs light up). The
hearing instruments are automatically turned off and start
charging.
Disconnect the charger from the electrical outlet.

Press and hold the button for 5 seconds to turn off the

charger. Charging stops.
