  • Page 5 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Step 1 With the Right Side Panel laying on a non-abrasive surface insert with a Phillips Screw Driver 6 each Cam Screw (1) in the positions shown on the drawing. In the positions shown on the drawing insert 2 each Cam Lock (2). When inserting the cam lock make sure that the arrow is facing toward the cam screw entry.
  • Page 6 Step 3 Attach the Back Panel (C) to the Right Side Panel (B) so that 3 each Cam Screws (1) located on the Right Side Panel (B) engage with the Cam Locks (2). With a Phillips Screw Driver rotate the cam locks 1/2 turn clockwise until snug.
  • Page 7 Step 5 Attach the Left Side Panel (A) to the partially assembled unit containing the Back Panel (C), Bottom Panel (D) and Front Panel (E). Make sure that the Cam Screws (1) located on the Left Side Panel properly engage with the Cam Locks (B). With a Phillips Screw Driver rotate the cam lock 1/2 turn clockwise until snug.
  • Page 8 Step 7 Inserting the Drawer Bottom Panel (K) into the groove provided on the Drawer Front and Back Panel (J), attach the left side Drawer Side Panel (I) as shown. Make sure that the Drawer Bottom Panel also fits securely into the groove on this panel as well.
  • Page 9 Step 8 Using Pliers, screw the Innerlock Eyehook (8) into the Back Panel (C) in the hole located in the center of the panel. Insert the completed Lower Drawer into the cabinet ensuring that the File Drawer Suspensions lock securely in place. On the back of the Lower Drawer attach the Innerlock Strip (9) with M4X26 Bolt (12), Washer D12 (11) and Nut M4 (10).
  • Page 10 Step 10 Roll out the Bottom Drawer and insert the 2 each Hangrail (13) onto the Drawer Side Panel (I). With the use of a Hanging File Folder, attach the File Bracket (14) so that when the File Support (15) is attached the proper spacing to support the folder is correct.

    INSTRUCTIONS D’ASSEMBLAGE Étape 1 Pendant que le panneau de droite est couché sur une surface non-abrasive, insérez 6 vis de cames (1) dans les positions montrées sur le dessin à l’aide d’un tournevis Phillips. Insérez 2 verrous à came (2) dans les positions montrées sur le dessin.

  • Page 17 Étape 7 Tout en insérant le panneau du fond du tiroir (K) dans la rainure prévue sur les panneaux avant et arrière du tiroir (J), attachez le panneau latéral de gauche du tiroir (I) comme montré. Assurez-vous que le panneau du fond du tiroir s’insère aussi, de façon solide, dans la rainure de ce panneau.
