Safety Information

Thank you for purchasing this Digital Terrestrial Receiver. Study carefully the operation instruction and pay
close attention to the precautions before attempting to operate the unit.
Note This unit can be used only where the power supply is AC 165 264V 50Hz.
Please peruse the following safety precautions before you attempt to use it.
OVERLOAD: Do not overload a wall outlet, extension cord or an adapter as this may lead to fire or electric
shock accident.
CLEANING:
Disconnect the DVB-T from the power supply before cleaning. Use a slightly damp cloth
without solvents to dust it.
VENTILATION: The slots on the DVB-T must always be kept uncovered to allow sufficient airflow through it
for ventilation's purpose.
CONNECTION: Unplug the power cord cable before connecting or disconnecting the DVB-T to/from the
aerial or TV set to avoid any damage to the devices.
POWER CORD PROTECTION:
Hold the plug firmly when connecting or disconnecting the power cord to/ from the mains outlet.
Do not plug or unplug the cord with wet hands.
Keep the cord away from heating appliances.
Do not lay the cord suppressed by heavy objects
Do not attempt to repair or reconstruct the cord in any way.
Remove dust, dirt, etc. on both the plug and outlet regularly.
Once the unit has been dropped or otherwise damaged, turn it off and disconnect the cord
immediately.
If smoke, odd smell or noises emerge out of the unit, turn it off and disconnect the cord at once.
PLACEMENT: In order to protect the internal parts, avoid exposing the unit to:
Direct sunlight or heat sources like heating radiators and ovens;
High temperature (over 35 C) or high humidity (over 90%);
Excessive dust;
Strong magnetic or electro-static effect;
Vibration, impact or wherever the surface is tilted;
STANDBY: Switch the unit to standby status or turn off the power when the unit is not used; disconnect the
power cord from the mains outlet when the unit will not be used for a long time.
TOUCH:
Touching the internal parts by hand or with other foreign objects proves dangerous because of
high voltage risk.
To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose this equipment
to rain or moisture.
To reduce the chance of fire, electric shock, or annoying interference,
use only the recommended accessories.
