CAUTION: The FUYL Tower is heavy (78Kg). Take appropriate lifting precautions while moving.

1. Using the keys attached to the base of the cabinet, unlock and open the large access door and remove the parts box and any
packaging that is present.
2. Locate the 4 adjustable feet and screw them into the corner brackets at the base of the cabinet.
3. Manoeuvre the FUYL Tower into an upright position by raising it out of the carton. Use lifting apparatus if necessary for safe
lifting. Please discard the packaging with thought for the environment.
4. When choosing a location for the FUYL Tower, consider the following:
a) The LCD display will be more readable when ambient light levels are lower.
b) Direct sunlight should be avoided in hot climates, as temperatures within the unit could exceed operating temperatures of
stored devices.
c) Choosing public, well trafficked areas will contribute to the safety of users and reduce the likelihood of successful break-in.
d) The main power lead for the FUYL Tower should be connected in a location that is concealed, to avoid accidental or
deliberate power down of the unit while devices are charging.
e) If network connectivity is needed, a coiled section of network cable is provided in the undershelf of the unit. If necessary, this
can be extended using a commonly available Ethernet adaptor.
5. The locker cabinet will require either a dual mains socket or a permanent electrical junction box, preferably directly behind
or above the cabinet. Any necessary electrical installation should be done by suitably qualified installers before the cabinet is
moved into place.
6. If network connectivity will be required then a LAN port or cable must be provided in an appropriate location close to the
cabinet.
7. The mains supply cables should be fitted to the cabinet before it is moved into the final position. Plug each cable into the
appropriate distribution board, feed the cables through the access point in the rear of the cabinet and fix both in place using
the supplied P-clamps and any other method that may be required according to local regulations.
8. Position the FUYL Tower into installation location, 40-90mm from the wall, and level/stabilise the cabinet by adjusting the feet at
the base. Fix to the wall using the supplied mounting bracket on top of the unit. Fixing to the wall is important for stability of the
unit and safe operation.

4. Bei der Wahl eines Standorts für den FUYL Tower berücksichtigen Sie die folgenden Punkte:
a) Die LCD-Anzeige ist bei verringerter Raumbeleuchtung besser lesbar.
b) Direkte Sonneneinstrahlung sollte in heißen Klimazonen vermieden werden, um eine Überschreitung der zulässigen
Betriebstemperaturen gelagerter Geräte im Inneren zu vermeiden.
c) Öffentliche, gut frequentierte Räume erhöhen die Sicherheit der Anwender und verringern das Risiko von
Einbrüchen.
d) Die Stromleitung des FUYL Towers sollte unzugänglich verlegt werden, um versehentliche oder absichtliche
Stromausfälle beim Aufladen der Geräte zu vermeiden.
e) Für einen Netzwerkzugang befindet sich ein aufgewickeltes Netzwerkkabel im Zwischenboden. Dieses kann mit
einem handelsüblichen Ethernet-Adapter verlängert werden.
5. Der Schrank benötigt entweder eine Doppelsteckdose oder einen elektrischen Anschlusskasten, vorzugsweise direkt
hinter oder über dem Schrank. Alle notwendigen elektrischen Installationen sollten vor Aufstellung des Schrankes
durch qualifiziertes Fachpersonal erfolgen.
6. Für einen Netzwerkzugang wird ein LAN-Anschluss/Kabel an einer geeigneten Stelle in Schranknähe benötigt.
7. Die Netzstromkabel sollten passend verlegt werden, bevor der Schrank an seine Endposition gestellt wird.
Verbinden Sie jedes Kabel mit dem entsprechenden Anschluss, führen Sie die Kabel über den Zugangspunkt auf der
Geräterückseite, und sichern Sie beide Kabel mit den mitgelieferten Rohrschellen oder anderen Methoden gemäß den
örtlichen Vorschriften.
8. Positionieren Sie den FUYL Tower am Einsatzort 40-90 mm entfernt von der Wand und richten Sie ihn waagerecht
durch Anpassung der Gerätefüße aus. Befestigen Sie das Gerät an der Wand mittels der mitgelieferten Halterung an
der Geräteoberseite. Die Wandbefestigung ist wichtig für die Stabilität und den sicheren Betrieb.

unidad. Si es necesario, este se puede extender usando un adaptador Ethernet fácilmente disponible.
5. El gabinete de taquillas necesitará un tomacorriente doble o una caja de conexiones eléctricas, preferiblemente ubicado
directamente debajo o arriba del gabinete. Cualquier instalación eléctrica necesaria debe ser realizada por instaladores

INITIAL SETUP
Before the cabinet is powered on for the first time, use the cabinet keys to open the master control door.
Locate the 3V Lithium battery holder on the control board, and remove the shipping tab.
Check that the circuit breakers of both distributions boards in the base of the cabinet are on, then close and lock the access door. Keys
for the locker should be held by the person(s) responsible for the locker.
Power up the locker. The controller will take approximately 30 seconds to initialise and boot, and then the fifteen locker doors will be
opened sequentially. The lockers are now ready for normal use.
QUICK START NETWORKING CONFIGURATION
1. Locate the network cable coiled in the bottom compartment of the FUYL Tower.
2. Initially, plug the cable directly into a laptop for the simplest configuration.
3. Wait 20 seconds after connecting the unit.
4. Open a web browser and enter the address http://169.254.172.16:9898 into the URL bar.
A login page will be displayed. The default credentials are – Username: admin Password: uberbasket

6. Once login is successful, it good practice to change the password to a strong password of your choosing.
7. The FUYL Tower can also be connected to a wired home or office network.

ERSTEINRICHTUNG
Bevor der Schrank zum ersten Mal eingeschaltet wird, verwenden Sie die Schrankschlüssel, um die Tür der Hauptsteuerung zu

2. Für eine schnelle Konfiguration verbinden Sie das Kabel direkt mit einem Computer (beispielsweise einem Notebook).
3. Warten Sie nach dem Einstecken des Kabels ca. 20 Sekunden.
Öffnen Sie einen Webbrowser und geben Sie die Adresse http://169.254.172.16:9898 in die URL-Zeile ein.
